Do you require a deposit to start working on the collage?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to begin the work. The rest of the money can be paid once the collage has been completed.
Is GST included in the price?
GST is not applicable and is not charged for any of our products and services.
What type of collages can you make?
We can make any types of collages of different sizes. Just provide us with your requirements and we will come up with something you will love.
Do you offer printing and framing as well?
Yes, for an additional cost, your collage can be printed professionally and framed as well.
Can I view drafts of the collage during the design stages?
Yes, of course. An initial and final draft will be provided to ensure that the collage is being designed based on your requirements. It is your responsibility to review the collage before the final publish and ensure there are no text errors and placement of graphics, images, text are all according to your requirements.
Is there a limit to the number of changes you will make?
There is a maximum of 2 rounds of changes that can be made to the collage. An initial and final draft will be provided to you so you can get an idea of exactly what you want. Any extra rounds of changes will incur an additional charge. If you want to change the entire design of the collage, this will incur an additional charge.
