Each slideshow presentation requires a lot of work and planning. We aim to provide our clients a presentation which is exceptional and high in quality. The general turn-around time is 3 to 4 weeks. This could increase during peak periods or if a project is larger. Please contact us and we can provide you with a better idea of the time involved once we have an idea of your requirements.

A DVD Slideshow Presentation is basically a DVD which has a number of photos that appear one after the other using different types of transitions, zoom effects, captions, background music etc. This type of slideshow presentation is also often referred to as a DVD Photo Collage, DVD Photo Montage.

All our shows are custom edited. As such, there’s no set amount of time. Generally, each photo is shown between 3 to 5 seconds. However, this can be changed depending on your preferences. When deciding how long a photo should appear on screen, the music and effect used is taken into account so that it creates the right mood and feel.

As designing a slideshow presentation requires a lot of hard work and planning, we require a 50% deposit to begin the work.  The rest of the money can be paid once the slideshow has been completed.

GST is not applicable and is not charged for any of our products and services.

Unfortunately we do not have a refund policy. However, if there is a technical issue with your DVD, we will provide you another one at no extra cost.  A refund will only be provided if the slideshow does not resemble the final approved design or if we can’t provide you with a working copy of the DVD.  Please view our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Yes, of course. An initial and final draft will be provided to ensure that the slideshow is being designed based on your requirements. It is your responsibility to review the slideshow before the final publish and ensure there are no text errors and placement of graphics, images, text are all according to your requirement. A refund will only be provided if the slideshow does not resemble the final approved design or if we can’t provide you with a working copy of the DVD.

There is a maximum of 2 rounds of changes that can be made to the slideshow. An initial and final draft will be provided to you so you can get an idea of exactly what you want. Any extra rounds of changes will incur an additional charge. If you want to change the entire design of the slideshow, this will incur an additional charge.
